Green Oak Property Management is a full-service management company that focuses on serving the needs of Landlords who hold investment property ranging from apartment buildings to single-family residences to the commercial sector. We are a young energetic firm based out of Beverly Hills with 20+ years of real estate experience. We understand all of our clients are unique and therefore may already have a way they want their properties cared for. At Green Oak, we DO NOT just implement our system and say this is what will be, BUT rather we design a specific program catering to each Landlord’s needs and lifestyle. This leads to a fruitful relationship between Green Oak and the Client that will yield not only profit but trust and peace of mind.

Brad Holtzman
Co-Founder & Principal
Brad Holtzman co-created Green Oak Property Management -- based in Los Angeles, California -- with his long-time business partner and co-founder, Jeremy Jurow, out of a singular mission: to create an all-in-one property management firm offering unparalleled customer service to both owners and tenants. As the co-founder of Green Oak Property Management, Brad brings his valuable expertise into his oversight of the company's operations and business development.
Following nearly a decade of work in the film industry, including several years specializing in location management, Brad transitioned into real estate, helping numerous clients purchase and sell both residential and commercial properties. Later, Brad joined the world of property management which allowed him to wear multiple hats and gain valuable experience in a wide variety of property management areas.
Brad has a strong sense of family and community. He lives outside of Marina Del Rey with his wife who is a successful psychologist. The couple has a 4 & 1/2 yo daughter and a newborn baby girl.
Jeremy Jurow
Co-Founder & Principal
With over 21 years of professional real estate experience and a math background, Jeremy Jurow brings his vast knowledge and expertise to Green Oak Property Management. Jeremy and Brad decided to get into property management with two goals in mind: to have complete transparency with our clients and to problem solve on a level that is way ahead of our competition. We want to be aware of anything and everything that could possibly come up and be ready to protect a landlord or tenant before it becomes an issue. We take pride in diffusing situations through effective listening and responsiveness.
After nearly two decades as an investment broker doing well over $100M in leases and sales, Jeremy is taking his knowledge of tenants and landlords and focusing it on management and being a co-owner/manager of a management company.
Jeremy loves music and plays several instruments. He is a big fan of animals, particularly his dog Fiona. Always the learner, Jeremy enjoys topics such as history, philosophy, movies and current events. Once in a blue moon you may catch him watching bad reality TV, but he won't admit it.
